How oil and gas air charter works
Oil and gas air charter is the dedicated hire of a freighter to move energy-sector cargo when surface transport is too slow, the destination is too remote, or a stalled operation is burning rig-rate by the day. It spans urgent drilling spares, complete blow-out preventers and wellhead equipment, mud pumps and process modules, and turbines and generator sets for power and commissioning.
The economics are distinct. A drilling spread or offshore platform held on standby can cost more in a single day than the entire airlift. The charter is rarely the expensive line; the non-productive time it removes is where the value sits.
Aviall Group's energy desk works directly with freighter operators and project logistics teams. We engineer the load, the route and the ground operation, then commit the aircraft, rather than retailing a quote we cannot stand behind.
