Why passenger count drives the whole charter
Group aircraft charter is fundamentally a matching exercise. Get the passenger count and baggage volume right at the enquiry stage and everything downstream, aircraft type, airport suitability, cost per seat, turnaround time, falls into place. Get it wrong and you either pay for empty seats or scramble for a second aircraft close to departure.
Aviall's approach starts with three numbers: confirmed passenger count (with a reasonable buffer for no-shows and late additions), checked and carry-on baggage volume, and any equipment or freight travelling with the group. From there the aircraft shortlist writes itself.
