Manila operating conditions that shape the plan
Manila's constraint is parking and slots, not runway. For charter work we assess Manila and Clark together and pick whichever gives a confirmable slot within the required window.
For groups, a Clark departure with road transfer can be faster end to end than waiting for a Manila slot. We price and present both.
- Ninoy Aquino International (MNL/RPLL) is severely slot-constrained with limited general-aviation parking
- Clark (CRK/RPLC) north of the capital is the standard alternative when Manila slots or parking are unavailable
- Philippine civil aviation permits are required for non-scheduled operations
- Typhoon season from roughly June to November is the dominant seasonal risk across the archipelago
